PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans plans to open 180 new shops in Texas over the next decade.

The bulk of the chain’s new franchise stores will be concentrated in the state’s largest cities, with 40 locations in San Antonio, 60 in Houston, 25 in Austin and 55 in Dallas-Fort Worth, according to a news release.

PJ’s already has three stores in Texas: in Cypress, Houston and Pearland.

The chain sells iced, frozen, hot, cold brew and nitro-infused coffees along with organic tea and pastries.

The coffeehouse was founded in 1978 and acquired by Ballard Brands in 2008. PJ’s has more than 90 locations worldwide.
