Shoot-Out Gone Wrong- Because Of Sprite?

Two men are facing charges in Memphis, Tennessee after having used a gun within the vicinity of a McDonald’s.

According to police records, the driver pulled into the drive-thru of the restaurant claiming that he did not receive his order for a Sprite. At this point, the driver who has been identified as Tyquan Hall has already raised his voice to employees inside the store. He then follows with luring threats, asking one of the employees to come outside.

Hall is accused of saying, “Step up to my car. I’ve got a gun permit.”

Upon coming outside, the anonymous employee heard a gunshot and ran back inside.

Hall has since confessed to firing the shot and has been arrested with passenger Kenterrio Horton. They have both been charged with aggravated assault.
