A cardiologist by the name of Dr. Bryan Perry was ruled to be allowed out of jail on a $150,000 bond on yesterday pending his upcoming trial. The Oklahoma doctor is being charged with second-degree murder.

The court claims that Dr. Perry was driving drunk and over 100 mph when he got into an accident. This accident is said to have claimed the life of Nicholas Rappa, who was riding a motorcycle at the time of the accident. Although no one usually speaks at a bond hearing, the family of Nicholas Rappa showed their disappointment in the court’s decision to set him free.

Dr. Perry will be required to wear a GPS ankle bracelet and will have to give up his keys and license to the court pending the trial.
