Atlanta Councilmember Repeals Requirement For Liquor License

- Atlanta Councilmember is repealing a requirement for Atlanta liquor license applicants that states license holders must provide at least two advertisements in publications that allow those legal advertisements.
- Amir Farokhi proposed this repeal back in September and was thereafter passed onto the Public Safety Committee.
- The appeal is now awaiting approval by Atlanta Mayor Keisha Bottoms.
