Cocktails Chronicles’ After Dark Edition will host “Cocktails & Marketing: Are Blacks Targeted More With Liquor Stores and Advertisements?” on February 21st at 7:30 p.m. The event will be held at Pals Lounge, 254 Auburn AVE, Atlanta.

Life Coach, Chris Cooper will be our moderator.  Tenisha Bell will serve as Mistress of Ceremony.  Bell is CEO of Perfect Pitch Media Group. Our panelists will include author of “M.A.D.E.” Eldredge Washington, activist Dr. Jamar Jeffers, and Jack Daniel’s top brand ambassador, James L. Davis.

Je’ Wesley Day, founder and executive creative director of Cocktail Chronicles, hopes the event will raise awareness of the marketing placed in urban communities regarding the least healthy beverage choices. Additionally, we will discuss connotations and subliminal messages in advertising targeted for the minority communities and their beverage choices.
