Breweries are beginning to take advantage of the fact that beer accelerates laughter. All over the city, breweries are beginning to host regular comedy nights that feature laughter and brews.Every other Monday, Sweetwater Brewery and 1UP Comedy host some of Atlanta’s “best locally brewed comics” with the occasional special guest. For $12, you get access to the show, a souvenir pint and freely flowing Sweetwater tastings.

Second Self Beer Company hosts similar shows in its beautiful, newly renovated tasting room. For $15, attendees get a ticket, souvenir glass and 36 ounces of beer. The next show is September 26.
