All Hands Goes Up As Pepsi Takes The Throne: Hosted The Best Party at NBMBAA Conference 2015

Thousands of National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) Conference goers showed up with their hands in the air for the finale party sponsored by Pepsi Co. For most conference goers, regardless of the organization or topic at hand of a conference, one of the most important factors will be attaining access to the best party at the conference. In the past, Diageo has held the title as the King of parties at the NBMBA Conferences. However, there’s a new Sheriff in town and it’s Pepsi. They came into Orlando, FL fully armed and guns drawn with acts such as multi-platinum recording artist T. Pain, super producer DJ Khaled, DJ Nasty of Orlando’s Power 95 FM, and provided free drink options that were all infused with Pepsi (recipes will be provided at www.cocktailchron.com). Pepsi, founded in New Bern, North Carolina and based in Purchase, New York, hosted a private concert and exclusive party at the 37th Annual NBMBAA titled, “MBA LIVE” inside the Hard Rock Café of Universal Studios.
Pepsi succeeded in providing a mega event that coupled a live concert and party to make a world-class entertainment experience for conference attendees. Guests were treated to a night of dancing, fun and a line-up of top talent who hail from the “Sunshine State” but have gained international acclaim. There was a blue carpet arrival with backdrops and several complimentary photo ops where you received your picture on the spot courtesy of Pepsi Co.
Attendees consistently selected Pepsi as the best party of the conference when they were asked “who hosted the best party of 2015 at the NBMBAA Conference?” However, one conference goer from St. Louis stated, “The concert should have been more multi-generational with music playlists and artists that could cater to a wider age range.”
In addition to enhancing the conference entertainment, Pepsi has donated $25,000 to the Leaders of Tomorrow Endowment, which provides scholarships to deserving youth. During the conference, Pepsi participated on a panel within the Entrepreneurship Institute, educating small business owners about securing business opportunities with global companies.
Who will be the King of the Party for NBMBAA 2016 in New Orleans?
